XG cancelled its November 17 Dallas and November 22 Mexico City THE CORE tour dates.

XG has cancelled THE CORE concerts in Dallas on November 17 and Mexico City on November 22, 2026. The October 6 official statement promises ticket refunds and gives no specific reason beyond unforeseen circumstances. No replacement dates were announced.

Dallas buyers: Sign in to Ticketmaster and check the cancellation notice attached to your order. Ticketmaster says it normally returns canceled-event funds to the original payment method after the organizer supplies funds; transferred or resold orders may work differently.

Mexico City buyers: XG directs you to Superboletos. Check the event-specific process promptly, because its general terms include a time-limited refund procedure. Do not assume the Dallas process applies.

Travel bookings are separate: review cancellation deadlines for flights, hotels and insurance. Save the official notice and all receipts. XG has not promised reimbursement for travel costs.

Use the original seller's official site, not unsolicited social refund links. This guidance was checked on October 8, 2026 (KST).
