TWICE’s 11th-anniversary fan party is not a normal ticketed fan meeting. The official rules make access much narrower: only 750 fans will attend, and every place is assigned by random draw.

JYP Entertainment’s FANS notice schedules three sessions on October 17 at 2 PM, 4 PM and 6 PM KST, with 250 people per session. The exact venue is not publicly listed beyond the Seoul area; selected participants receive the location separately.

Eligibility is also tightly defined. Applicants must be ONCE 5th Generation members aged 15 or older. The draw is not first-come, first-served, each person can be selected for only one session, and on-site registration is not available.

For selected fans, the entry checklist matters as much as the draw itself. JYP requires the advance-registration confirmation, a valid photo ID and the ONCE 5th Generation membership card. The Korea Herald independently confirms the 250-per-session, 750-total structure and notes that last year’s 10th-anniversary fan meeting later added restricted-view seats after selling out.

The practical takeaway is that this is a selection-and-verification event, not a conventional ticketing race. The draw result, private venue notice and required entry documents are the checkpoints that matter.
