N.Flying’s same-day KPOPCON special live takes place at 7:30 p.m. KST on September 28 in front of the Spring Tower at Cheonggye Plaza, central Seoul. The event is free, and people without an advance seat application may still watch from the public viewing area, subject to on-site capacity and staff directions.
Published event guidance lists 450 planned seated places, staggered check-in from 4:40 p.m. for registered attendees, and a YouTube livestream. Overnight queuing, place-holding and large filming equipment are prohibited; rain may affect the schedule.
