Applications are split into two purchase windows. Round 1 runs from September 28 at 7 p.m. to September 30 at 10:59 a.m. JST, with results around October 3 at 6 p.m. Round 2 runs from September 30 at 11 a.m. to October 5 at 10:59 a.m., with results around October 8 at 6 p.m.
The soundcheck lottery covers Iwate on October 28, Aichi on November 10 and Osaka on November 19. The all-member high-touch lottery covers Tokyo on October 15, Shizuoka on October 20, Iwate on October 27–28, Aichi on November 9–10, Osaka on November 18–19 and Hiroshima on November 27.
Only eligible Mark on Me albums bought through the designated &TEAM Weverse Shop or Universal Music Store pages during the window count. This is separate from the album serial-number lottery. A concert ticket is not required, but winners must attend in person and should check the official page for ID, reception and return-travel details.
